Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and creative direction for both denim brands, creating contemporary, fashion-forward collections for a global market, spanning denim, jersey, sweat, and outerwear categories.

Participate in the development of seasonal collections, ensuring they align with the brand's heritage and vision.

Manage the entire design process, meeting critical path deadlines from concept to completion.

Ensure collections are on-brand, trend-forward, and commercially viable.

Source, develop, and select high-quality fabrics, including handlooms, that meet both design and production needs.

Develop and create seasonally appropriate colour palettes.

Stay up to date with current and future trends in boyswear and menswear.

Produce detailed technical specifications and sketches.

Lead fit sessions and sample reviews with the technical team.

Present collections to senior management and key stakeholders.

Analyse market and sales data to inform design decisions and consumer preferences.

Build and maintain relationships with factories, mills, and in-country teams.

Collaborate closely with the production, technical, and merchandising teams.

Travel as required to support business operations.
Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

Essential experience as a woven designer in the boyswear or menswear sector.

Strong commercial focus, responding quickly to business and market needs with a deep understanding of boyswear design principles.

Specialist experience in denim design.

Proven track record in designing successful and commercially viable collections.

In-depth understanding of menswear design principles, trends, and best practices.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to design.

Proficient in technical drawing and sketching.

Highly skilled in CAD software (e.g., Adobe Suite).
