The ideal candidates will have a proven Service design background within public sector experience with the below skill set.

We're seeking an experienced to join a transformative government programme focused on delivering essential public services. You'll play a crucial role in designing end-to-end services that meet user needs while working within complex policy environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service design activities across complex user journeys, ensuring services are accessible, inclusive, and meet the needs of diverse user groups
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement user-centered services that work across multiple channels (digital, telephone, and face-to-face)
- Map end-to-end user journeys and identify opportunities for service improvement
- Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with users, stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Create service blueprints, user journeys, and other design artifacts that clearly communicate service concepts
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience as a Service Designer, particularly in complex public sector environments
- Track record of designing accessible and inclusive services for diverse user groups
- Experience working with vulnerable users and designing services that meet their specific needs
- Understanding of government design principles and service standards
- Experience working in agile delivery teams
- Knowledge of service design methodologies and tools
