Blueprint Recruitment have an exciting opportunity with a well-established client of ours. We are seeking someone with great expertise and organisational skills to fulfil a contract position, working on a hybrid basis with a minimum of three days a week in the clients London office.

Our client is a global engineering, infrastructure, and environmental consultancy firm with a focus on providing innovative solutions across various sectors, including buildings, infrastructure, energy, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Organise and track project documentation (digital and physical).

-Maintain a centralised filing system, ensuring version control and proper document distribution.

-Assist with reports, technical documents, and drawings submissions.

-Ensure compliance with document control processes.

-Coordinate with teams for timely updates of documentation.

-Manage document access and security.

-Maintain logs for all project documents and correspondence.

Key Requirements:

-Previous experience as a Document Controller, preferably in engineering or construction.

-Degree or equivalent in document control or project management is a plus.

-Strong knowledge of document management systems and version control.

-Familiarity with industry documentation standards and practices.

-Excellent communication skills.

-Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in construction and engineering.
