Job Title: Customer Training Coordinator/Instructional Designer

Location: Farringdon, London

Pay: 18-22phr

Contract Details: Temporary, 3 months with extension and Temp to Perm opportunity

Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities: Are you ready to make a difference in customer training? Join our team as a Customer Training Coordinator/Instructional Designer! You will be at the forefront of designing and delivering impactful training programmes for our customers. Your role will include:

Plan and organise Training: Set up and manage both online and in-person training sessions that resonate with participants.
Design Courses: Create and update engaging training materials and courses, ensuring effectiveness and relevance.
Gather Feedback: Attend live sessions to collect valuable feedback from participants, using insights to enhance future training.
Manage Projects: Oversee various training-related tasks and projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution.
Event Management: Handle logistics for training events, including venue bookings and schedule coordination.
Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside other departments to align training programmes with organisational and customer needs.

Key Skills Needed: To excel in this role, you will need:

Project Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Instructional Design: Experience in developing educational content and training materials.
Communication: Strong communication skills to connect with customers and team members effectively.
