We are currently working with a small but perfectly formed Commercial Broker, who now have a super opening to join them in a Commercial Broking support/admin role to support the Managing Director, with NO sales targets, and are happy for full work from home. NO sales at all. Just handling renewals/adjustments for SME to Mid market clients!
This Broker have a great track record of retaining clients due to their company ethos. Honesty is their policy here as is asking clients probing questions to make sure every client has exactly the cover they need, and they are a broker who do not sell on price but on making sure a customer is insured as they should be, and this in-depth, open and honest approach has seen them win and continue to retain some very good clients. They also strive to make sure that EVERY customers claims are always paid and have a phenomenal record of just 1 claim not being paid since their inception in 2008, which is rather impressive and we feel a testament to the customer led approach this broker take.
You will need to be someone who is process driven and comfortable handling a mix of commercial risks and dealing with renewals, amendments and general insurance admin (at least 3-5 years experience).
You MUST have experience working on the Applied TAM broker management system.
Again this one can be fully home based, but you will need to be based no further than an hour and a half from the City (London) ideally, as the MD likes to come and catch up every few weeks with his team, who are all remote too!

Salary on offer is £28-40k (F/T), with generous holiday allowance and employee healthcare package.
