Your new companyYour new job as a Non Marine Placing Broker will be working for a small specialist independent Lloyds insurance broker based in the heart of the City. Your new Brokers know the correct markets, but also the right underwriter for the risk. They choose to operate with precision tactics vs a broad-brush strategy, and they push on having formal results from the markets ahead of deadlines provided by their clients. Your new roleWorking as a Non-Marine placing Broker you are responsible for providing excellent day-to-day service and place a variety of Non Marine risks into the Lloyd's and company markets building relationships with insurers and clients as well as act as a point of referral. This role may include any production of risks and some International travel. What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working as a Placing Broker placing International Non Marine risks, ideally gained from a small to medium Lloyd's Broker. Excellent communications skills and the ability to attend external client meetings when required. They are looking for someone that has the energy and appetite to develop and progress and who can work closely with a senior Broker.
