Hours: Full-time

Do you have experience in analysing extensive complex data? Are you highly skilled at ‘deep diving’ into data and presenting analysis in a straight forward and easy way to understand? Do you posses strong relationship building skills?

Our client is looking for a number of experienced claim handlers to join the team on an initial 6-month contract with the potential for extension. Candidates must be available to start as soon as possible for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete credible, comprehensive and timely investigations to support historical matters.
  • Analyse and interpret all case data, recording any root causes found and reaching conclusions as appropriate to support resolution of each case.
  • Effectively manage and maintain relationships with individual assessor team to ensure the information provided is in a timely manner and is consistent.
  • Present analysis and detail the facts of the data/information reviewed to allow the assessor to make and informed decision for each claim.
  • Engage directly with assessors by providing SME advice on queries raised.
  • Strive to find better ways of doing things.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • A highly experienced and proven analyst dealing with complex claims in a faced paced environment.
  • Ability to analyse extensive data (transactional/financial/statistical or clerical) to allow accurate and informed assessment completion.
  • Highly skilled at deep diving into data and presenting analysis in a straightforward, easy to understand way, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to recognise, non-conformance to policy, process and procedures and the ability to understand from an operational and front line experience how non-conformance forms part of a complex claim, identifying root causes.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Good understanding of MS Office suite.
  • The ability to work within a team
