New Vacancy - Delegated Claims Operations SpecialistLloyd's SyndicateCity of London I am currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are seeking a Delegated Claims Operations Specialist to join their growing team.My client is looking for someone with a strong technical background in the DA Claims Operations space. This role will entail managing the Claims Bordereaux data from start to finish as well as supporting the monitoring of DCA performance, developing and producing reports and attending market meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate capture and maintenance of due diligence information on DCAs.
- Manage issuance, negotiation, and maintenance of TPA service level agreements.
- Onboard and manage DCAs interactions using the Delegated Claims Management Platform.
- Coordinate maintenance of DCA Panel, including calibrating materiality, categorisation, and segmentation.
- Manage all aspects of Claims Bordereaux process, including data standards, tracking, query management, and service delivery.
- Oversee Loss Fund and reconciliation process, liaising with Finance and managing service providers.
- Coordinate Delegated Claims Management oversight processes, trend findings, track actions, and report.
- Support monitoring of DCA performance, produce reports, attend service review meetings, and provide insights.
- Assist in development of management information and reporting, attend meetings, and be point of contact for Claims Technical Team.
- Support projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and technology enhancements.
