Are you a results orientated administrator with experience in Protection Insurance?
Our client providefinancial education services and deliver independent mortgage advice to clients across the UK and they are looking for a temporary Insurance Protection Administrator to join their team on a full time basis for 2 - 3 months. The ideal candidate will have experience in Protection Insurance however this is not essential. You will be servicing both existing and new clients and providing support to the other administrators with their day-to-day activities.
Skills
The aptitude to work efficiently, enthusiastically in a proactive, forward thinking manner. Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills are essential.
You should also have excellent communication skills as you will be required to deal with Protection Administrator, Insurers and GP/ Medical surgeries.
You should be able to work well under pressure using your own initiative, on your own as well as part of a team.
Qualifications.
Good telephone manner
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated software
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Chase up medicals on the clients behalf.
- Chasing GP surgeries for GP reports.
- Trusts – Chasing Trust forms back from clients
- Keeping the protection admin updated on the key stages of the application process
This is a temporary position for 2/3 months and offers hybrid working, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from the office in the heart of Blackfriars and Wednesday and Friday from home.
