Assistant Insurance Brokers

About the Role:

As an Assistant Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and generating new business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide customers with comprehensive motor insurance solutions.
• Conducting thorough fact-finding to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Overcoming objections and closing sales to achieve sales targets.
• Building strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.

What's on offer:

• A starting salary of £23,000 with an OTE of £40,000+ and uncapped commission.
• Opportunities for promotion to Insurance Broker and Senior Insurance Broker within 12-18 months, with regular performance reviews to track your progress.

Experience & Skills required:

• Recent graduate with a strong sales mentality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service or  candidates with proven sales experience who are keen to launch their career working as an insurance broker. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours-

Candidates need to be flexible to work different shift patterns between the hours of 8:30 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday, and one Saturday in 3 from 9 am to 3 pm.
