My client is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis in central London. This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial services who is passionate about delivering seamless client experiences while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Description

  • Client Onboarding: Lead end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for clients by managing document collection, verification, and account setup.
  • Compliance & KYC: Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening, and other regulatory checks to ensure all clients meet regulatory standards.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain client data in internal systems, managing any data discrepancies.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify areas for process improvement to enhance client onboarding and internal efficiencies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, customer support, and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Profile

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years in client onboarding, KYC/AML, or a related role in financial services or FinTech.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or onboarding tools is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
