Job Title - Credit Administrator

Credit Administrator - What You'll be Doing:

  • Ensure all the loan notices received are circulated to stakeholders within the bank and make sure it’s distributed and filed on timely and accurately manner on daily basis.
  • Coordinate with front office/back office for any query from/to agent bank/client and make sure it’s dealt with and resolved on timely manner.
  • Ensure the daily portfolio reconciliation report is updated on timely and accurately manner on daily basis.
  • For the bilateral/sub-participation deals related administrative work: drawdown/rate fixing/fee notices, email circulation, obtain certain approval as per internal procedure, and deal with any queries from internal or external to ensure the effective management and delivery of credit business.
  • Ensure that minimum requirements for drawdown sign-off are achieved prior to disbursement (i.e., facility agreement are executed, credit approval is in place, Conditions Precedent are satisfied, and utilisation requests are valid).
  • Monitor the late payment (including principal, interest, fee etc.) and reconcile with back office on monthly basis.
  • Maintain and update the loan database (daily portfolio reconciliation report) based on the agent notice and back office report to ensure the internal system booking and daily portfolio report are accurate and consistent.
  • Managed to process the transaction (Drawdoan/Rollover/Interest Adjustment etc.) in the credit system (GCMS) and communicate with back office for any system booking issue.
  • Other functions may be required as back up role on loan administration work.

Credit Administrator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience of working on Bilateral and Sub part loans;
  • Experience of working on Circulation of loan administration;
  • Have experience of working in similar capacity bank;
  • Conscientious approach with strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision;
  • Ability to deliver under strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and quality;
  • Effective workload prioritization;
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • System skills: Microsoft Excel and Word to intermediate / advanced level;
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
