Are you seeking a new opportunity on a permanent basis as a debt recovery officer managing the full end to end resolution approach for our debt recovery service.

As a debt recovery officer, you will ensure everything runs smoothly. Your main duties will include:

  • Overseeing a personal portfolio of accounts, ensuring reduced arrears, improved cash collection, and minimized bad debt, utilizing various communication methods.
  • Taking responsibility for effective portfolio management, balancing fast-paced delivery with maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Actively participating in and contributing to the Income Strategy, Department Plan, Policies & Procedures, 1-2-1s, and Team Meetings.
  • Making well-informed decisions regarding portfolio management, ensuring a balance between quick execution and quality outcomes.
  • Performing various administrative tasks and business processes as necessary to support the role's responsibilities.
  • Be able to maintain accurate records of all transactions and communication and to manage these records effectively.
