Our client, an executive agency of HM Treasury, is on the lookout for a dedicated Junior Client Service Associate to join their Business Operations Unit for an exciting 6-month contract. About the Role:
As a Junior Client Service Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's operations, ensuring they meet their operational targets while providing top-notch service to clients. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep the wheels turning smoothly!
Start ASAP, duration 6 months with the possibility of an extension, hours Monday-Friday 36 hours per week, Pay £150-167per day depending on experience, hybrid working- 3 days a week in the office, the office is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Monument train station, the client is ideally looking for a candidate who already holds SC clearance, alternatively the successful candidate will be required to go through this clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Processing:
- Process loan and deposit applications with precision.- Handle premature loan repayments, ensuring timely fund settlements.- Respond to stakeholder queries promptly.- Produce detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.- Support the team with insights regarding policy issues.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Collaborate with PWLB and DMADF counterparties to gather market intelligence and share information.
Business Delivery:
- Update operational procedures to reflect current practises.- Ensure business continuity for critical processes.- Identify and implement process improvements while managing operational risks.
What We're Looking For:
Skills & Experience:
- Delivery-focused with excellent attention to detail.- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.- Proactive mindset with a knack for process improvement.- At least one year of client service experience; financial markets knowledge is a plus.- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and strong data handling capabilities.
Qualifications:
- A relevant degree or qualification is preferred; IOC qualification (IMC preferred).
