HFG are delighted to be representing a well established insurance company who are looking to strengthen their credit control team by bringing in a junior to support credit control and operational tasks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day issues within Credit Control as they arise. Systematically manage the credit control inbox, ensuring timely processing of broker closings, statements of account, and remittance advice.
  • Assist in reconciling MGA bank accounts, isolating and allocating premium receipts, and resolving cash-related queries.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with Brokers, Cover holders, Finance, IT & Data Management, Underwriting teams and Group Operations management.
  • Assist with month-end close procedures as needed.

General Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and organisational skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a hands-on approach and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve common goals
