Loan Administration Officer
Venn Group is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Loans Administrator to join a growing  team at a global bank. This role is a direct result of the company's expansion and offers exciting prospects for career development.
The purpose of this role is to manage prepayments in accordance with agreed and documented workflows, and complete all general Loans Administration duties, including drawdowns, fixes, fees, transfers, and others. The role will also include some general operational duties including payments processing and nostra reconciliations.
The candidate will be expected to work collaboratively and closely with the existing Team Leader, as well as offering support to others within the wider network of the team. Overall, the team is seeking an individual with which they can continue to expand and successfully achieve strategic goals.
In terms of the day to day activities, the candidate will be expected to take responsibility for various responsibilities across the lending group. This will include, but is not limited to, facilitating communication between the Loans team, manage SWIFT payments, have oversight of Participation and Bilateral Loan transactions, and manage ongoing queries relating to Nostro reconciliations.
