Your new companyYour new company are one of the world's largest logistics companies in the world, operating in over 40 offices in 30 countries worldwide with a London division who are a successful commercial and marine insurance broker. Your new Broker specialises in both Marine Cargo as well as Commercial Insurance products and services, offering local expertise in almost all major trading places in the world. Due to expansion within the Marine team, a position for a Marine Cargo Account Executive / Marine Insurance Program Manager has arisen.Your new roleYour new role as a Marine Cargo Account Executive / Marine Insurance Program Manager means your days will involve placing complex marine cargo and freight liability risks into the London and company markets as well as visiting clients and Branches to develop relationships and bring in leads. Other duties will include advising your clients on risk management strategies, keeping in touch with them throughout the year and look to spot industry trends and new products. You will also have the responsibility to win new customers and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers. Further duties will also include designing, building, and implementing risk and insurance programmes, understanding the range of products and services available within the company.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working as a Broker or Underwriter or Account Executive with Marine Cargo and Freight Liability experience will contribute to your success in securing this role.
