Duties include:
- Working alongside the Mortgage & Insurance Advisers dealing with sales support administration for mortgages, protection and general insurance business
- Preparing files and submitting cases
- Drafting suitability reports
- Compliance administration
- Ensuring the applications run smoothly, dealing with enquiries
- Liaising with clients, lenders, insurance companies
- Updating CRM system, ensuring all necessary documents are on file
- Using Google Suite/ Smartr365/ 27 Tec/ iPipeline
- Managing the annual renewal process for various insurance products
Experience/Skills required:
- A team player who is professional, hardworking and diligent
- Strong IT skills, familiar with Google Suite/Office
- Mortgage or Insurance (or both) administration experience, from a broker background, au fait with different lenders (mostly residential) and insurers
- Friendly, motivated outlook
Additional information:
- Monday to Friday, 9-5.30
- Training provided
- Office based, London, City
- Salary: £28-32,000 (may consider higher for the right candidate)
