Our client a leading global insurance broker specialising in reinsurance solutions, with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service are growing and looking for a Reinsurance Binder Technician!
As a Reinsurance Binder Technician, you will:
- Process premiums, proportional accounts, and excess of loss binders across multiple classes of business.
- Manage data, documentation, and account statistics to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Handle complex claims from initial notice through to settlement and closure, working closely with reinsurers and stakeholders.
- Assist brokers with debroking, risk sign-down, and portfolio servicing tasks.
- Collaborate with clients and carriers to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction levels.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company standards throughout processes.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Proven experience in a Reinsurance binder technician role or similar position.
- Advanced technical knowledge of Lloyd’s and/or Company Reinsurance Market.
- Familiarity with IMR, CLASS, ECF, LORS, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex claims processes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
