We have a FULLY REMOTE technical support role with a leading international, Lloyds broker.

You will join a dedicated Technical Operations Team. This role will focus on supporting post-placement technical activity for the placement and servicing of international open market, binder and line slip business across a diverse range of different classes.

Overview

  • A good understanding of MRC slips to ensure that client documentation reflects information agreed within the MRC or associated schedules.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the complete processes and procedures required to successfully place risks into the Syndicate & Company markets.
  • Have the ability to review and audit invoices and evidence of cover notes created by offshore technical teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Have the technical knowledge to act as the go to person for technical auditing, authorisation and issuance support.
  • Be able to collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries and achieve successful outcomes.

What you need to show

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working within a Lloyds insurance Broker
  • Experience in Marine and/or Property and/or Casualty
  • A solid understanding of documentation and procedures in the Lloyds market
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a degree of autonomy.
  • Strong computer skills and aptitude to learn bespoke packages
