We're looking for a junior accounts assistant / client payments assistant temp to join a growing film & TV production group in the heart of London! This office based role will be a short-term temp assignment, looking for someone to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare client statements and process payments
  • Match bank receipts to client projects
  • Set up domestic and international payments
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Liaise with agents, clients, and accountants to resolve queries
  • Generate general ledgers and raise invoices, including VAT invoices
  • Ensure accuracy in client income reviews and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems
Requirements:
  • Strong academic background and financial understanding
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Tagmin and Sage is beneficial
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure with a proactive and adaptable attitude
  • Passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to contribute to a growing business
