A permanent position has opened up for a Billing Analyst to join their Accounts department. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of billing related activities and ensuring that correct procedures are followed.
- Process time and disbursement write-offs
- Assist with working capital management
- Assisting with client and matter rates management
- Review and verify accuracy of billing documentation
- Resolve billing queries
- Create and distribute related reports
- Assist with projects as required
Candidate Profile
- The successful candidate will have significant experience in a billing position, in a global law firm environment
- Effective communication skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads
- Good knowledge of SARs and UK VAT
- Adaptable and flexible
