Totum Partners is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Billing Coordinator. In this role, you will manage the billing and collections process for assigned partners and practice groups, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to produce compliant bills and address any billing issues. You’ll also play a key role in streamlining processes and reporting, contributing to the overall efficiency of the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee billing and collections, ensuring invoices are accurate and paid on time.
  • Prepare and review bills, ensuring compliance with client and firm guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Pricing Operations and E-Billing to improve billing processes.
  • Lead monthly meetings to discuss billing progress and issues, providing proactive solutions.
  • Support the Client Account team with day-to-day operations and handle complex billing inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in billing and client relationship management in a law firm or professional services environment – essential
  • Strong understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules and billing processes.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong customer service and leadership capabilities.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
