Our client, a leading global Law Firm is seeking a Junior Billing Assistant to join their Finance department on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking to add a Junior Billing Assistant to their team, where you will be responsible for supporting the Revenue team to provide Partners with the highest level of billing and collections support across the firm.

The ideal candidate will either have a minimum of 1 years’ Accounts / Finance / Billing experience in a Law firm or professional services environment, or have a years’ experience in another sector and be looking to transfer their experience into the Legal sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of client invoices in accordance with firm guidelines

- Work closely with other team members to address compliance or billing issues

- Ensure all client invoices are compliant

- Maintain accurate billing records

- Communicate with clients to address any billing or invoice queries

- Assist in tracking payments

- Help to ensure the timely sending of invoices to clients

- Update and maintain internal finance systems and databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times

Key Experience:

- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Finance / Billing role in a Legal firm or professional services environment

- Confident working with clients and colleagues of all levels

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team

- Keen eye for detail and numbers

- Familiarity with basic billing procedures and practices
