- Master the Details: Handle crime, lower billing, including police station and magistrates fixed fee bills.
- Be the Go-To Expert: Prepare and process claims for submission to the LAA and manage fee-earner queries.
- Stay Organised: Maintain detailed electronic records and efficient filing systems.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work with the Finance Team and Criminal Law Team to streamline billing processes.
- Lead with Confidence: Attend monthly billing meetings and manage related tasks.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 1-2 years of billing experience, ideally in criminal law.
- Skills: Strong IT skills, excellent attention to detail, and top-notch communication abilities.
- Personality: Friendly, approachable, and a team player who thrives under pressure.
