We are partnering with an Elite US Law Firm in their search for a Legal Biller to join them on a temporary basis for at least 6 months. The role requires someone with Legal Billing and 3e experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Time transfers and amendments to client/matter details
- Producing draft bills, finalised bills and billing breakdowns in a multi-currency system
- Arranging approval for write offs
- Inputting client invoices into various ebilling platforms/systems
- Ensuring all billing instructions and client billing details are updated on matter maintenance. In addition, ensuring all VAT information and contact information is correct
