As a Client Service Technician you’ll play a critical role in supporting our International Aviation Insurance business. You will:

  • Handle multi-disciplined technical processing, including premiums, pro rata, and excess of loss claims, specifically within the aviation insurance market.
  • Provide broker support, including debroking, risk sign-down, and account statistics management.
  • Manage complex claims from initial notice to final settlement, working closely with aviation insurers and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues across the aviation insurance sector.
  • Actively participate in client and reinsurer meetings, ensuring exceptional service delivery tailored to the aviation market.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in reinsurance client services, particularly in International Aviation Insurance.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Lloyd’s and/or Company Reinsurance Market, with a focus on aviation risks.
  • Expertise in handling premiums, claims, and broker support processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of IMR, CLASS, ECF, LORS, and familiarity with Salesforce/Open TWINS.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex aviation claims.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills within the aviation insurance sector.
