It is growing swiftly so is seeking to recruit a Case Manager / Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter to come and join our friendly and motivated team. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a minimum 3-year relevant experience within bridging lending. This is a permanent full-time position with excellent remuneration package.

Case Manager / Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter Key Responsibilities:

  • Action new lending requests for bridging loans and analyse credit worthiness
  • Prepare detailed credit proposals for submission to the Credit Committee
  • Preparing offer documentation and ensuring all loan conditions are met throughout the drawdown process
  • Underwrite and approve loans against agreed lending criteria
  • Handling broker calls on specific cases under review; manage customer expectations
  • Liaising with internal departments (Legal, Risk and Sales) and external parties (Surveyors,
  • Solicitors and Customers) to effectively manage the lending process
  • Candidates MUST have proven working experience within the BRIDGING AND / OR DEVELOPMENT FINANCE sector.
