Technical Client Integration Engineer - Degree, Consultant, Enterprise, SDK's
Location: Central London / Hybrid
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 (depending on experience) + benefits


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Client Integration Engineer to join an award-winning AI/ML software company. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in integrating enterprise software solutions, working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and driving innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Who We're Looking For


* Enterprise Experience: Proven background in software or technical integrations within an enterprise setting.
* Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a top-tier university (minimum 2:1 or international equivalent).
* Technical Expertise: Strong full-stack development skills, particularly in JavaScript, APIs, SDKs, Node.js, and Python. Experience with other frameworks, languages, and cloud architecture is highly beneficial.
* Consultative Approach: Exceptional client-facing skills, capable of communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in pre-sales or post-sales is a plus.
* Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: A natural problem solver with strong analytical capabilities.
* Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving tech environment.


Key Responsibilities


* Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements based on feedback from technical teams.
* Client Collaboration: Act as a consultant, advising clients on best practices and integration strategies.
* Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's core platform, supporting the operations team in acquiring and retaining clients.
* Tool Optimization: Work with existing toolkits to streamline integration processes for clients.
This role is ideal for a software engineer with enterprise experience who is looking to transition into a more consultative, client-facing position while still leveraging their technical expertise.
