Global Communications Executive Remote/ Hybrid £400pd (PAYE / Umbrella) DOE
An urgent and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Global organisation working on varied internal communication campaigns. Working alongside the motivational Communications Director you will be using sharepoint and VivaEngage ( Yammer) to create and deliver projects, campaigns events and engagements for a colleague user base of 24,000.
The projects recently have ranged from cyber security to new products to internal awards and you can use polls, flyers, posters email campaigns etc to v pass on the messages. You will be based in the UK however working with the regional Comms teams to help deliver the messages locally. You will need to have fluent English skills ( this does not need to be mother tounge) and be able to work in a fast paced, often ambiguous environment. No two days will be the same and its a fantastic opportunity to work on a Global communications role.
You will need to have excellent Sharepoint skills ( uploading templates to intranet) as well as ideally having worked with Viva Engage ( yammer). You will be able to create meaningful comms from brief concepts and briefs, taking to SMEs to proactively fill in the gaps.
Its a 6 month initial engagement but there is the potential that it may move into a permanent role. This can also be carried out remotely, Hybrid or on-site, however is best for you. The offices are based in central London. (Zone 1)
