Pod is excited to partner up with a premium beverage company who is looking for an Export Coordinator to join their team in West London.

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for the company’s 70+ international distributors and partners, offering a seamless customer and delivery service.

This is a great opportunity that will allow you to be responsible for developing and implementing new processes with their logistics partners, leading meetings, analysing performance and reporting on a monthly basis to enable the company to meet demand.

In this role, you will:

  • Deal with customer order process and be a key point of contact for all international customer order queries
  • Work closely with the production planning team to ensure orders are produced and delivered on time
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with hauliers and freight forwarders, manage customer service issues and trending failures and improve processes
  • Liaise with the regional area managers and global demand team to understand each market

About you:

  • 2 + years experience in customer service/logistics
  • Strong Excel skills and previous experience in order management
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Detailed oriented and able to work on their own as well as part of a team
