Community Managers£200 per day, outside IR35 2 month contract (potential to extend till EOY) 2 days per week in the London office (part time)
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing brand engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You will help shape conversations, ensuring a human and engaging approach to community management-steering away from automated or robotic responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Posting & Copywriting: Manage 4-6 posts per month across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, crafting compelling copy in French and/or Italian (essential).
- Cultural Engagement: Monitor cultural trends and find opportunities to enter conversations in an authentic, brand-aligned way.
- Community Interaction: Engage with audiences through likes, reactions, and responses, fostering strong relationships.
- Approvals & Compliance: Work closely with local moderators (legal teams) to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track engagement to optimize future content strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in French and/or Italian (essential).
- Strong brand experience with a deep understanding of cultural trends and audience engagement.
- Proven ability to create authentic, engaging social media interactions (not just automated responses).
- Experience working with both large established brands and smaller, highly engaged brands.
- Based in the UK and available to work in-office.
Contract Details:
- Start Date: Monday
- Initial Contract: 3-month trial, with potential extension for the rest of the year.
