A leading European Commodity Trading firm is looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to come and support them on their Middle and Back office functions for an initial 6 month period.
Responsibilities:
- To support, administer, monitor, maintain and operate all Middle and Back Office Production applications
- Deliver the on-going application release cycle changes and on-boarding of new applications to meet the growing demands of the business.
- The successful applicant will possess extensive experience in providing application support in a fast-paced environment and distinguish themselves by being proactive in providing support.
- Perform leadership role to support App Support Lead covering communications, stakeholder management and manage team activities.
Skills
- Experience with Middle and Back office support
- Windows troubleshooting
- SQL
- Bonus: ETRM, PowerShell and Data management tools
