ThisroleistocloselycooperatewithCivilsandInstallationmanagerandotherstakeholderstooverseetheassetflowandaccuracyofthedatabaserecords.

Tomaintain,updateandoverseeCustomerInstallationsteamrecords,databasesandsystems,fostercommunicationflowsandensurecorrectdataisbeingsubmittedforsysteminput

ToassistStocksupervisorwithcablingmaterialstockcheckandauditensuringtheoutcomesareproperlyrecordedandcheckedagainsttheorderdeliveryrecord.

Toliaisewithsuppliersandcoordinatewithrelevantdepartmentstobookandtrackincomingdeliveries.

TosupportandcoordinatedeliveryintakestocorrectlocationsintheabsenceofStocksupervisor

ToassistCivilsandInstallationsManagerwithworkorderhandovers,recordingandprovidingnecessarycommentsontheCRMsystemaccordingly

TosupportServiceDeliveryteamwithadhocadministrativeduties

TomaintainthetrainingandcompetencyMatrixfortheCablingTeam

Liaisingwithcustomerstoarrangeaccessandsendnotificationsforfutureceases.
