About the Role

Zachary Daniels are again partnering with an exciting business working in the fashion space.

I'm looking for a meticulous and proactive Inventory Analyst to join the team. You'll be key to ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting the commercial team, and maintaining smooth stock flow across various locations. If you love problem-solving, managing data, and keeping things organised in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Only applicants with RTW in the UK will be considered.

The ideal candidate will already be working within a head office function, ideally within fashion or retail and have a sound understanding of inventory/stock control. Fashion experience is highly desirable and proficiency with MS Excel is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular stock checks and ensure consistency between bi-annual stocktakes.
  • Monitor Stock Movements: Track and resolve stock discrepancies across locations, ensuring timely action is taken.
  • Brand Support: Be the go-to person for inventory-related queries from our brand partners and assist with audits.
  • Stock Movement: Oversee the transfer of stock across warehouses globally, ensuring smooth and accurate processing.
  • Logistics Support: Provide day-to-day logistical assistance as needed across the team.

  • Excel Proficiency: Strong experience handling complex data with high attention to detail.
  • Organisation & Time Management: Thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks with ease.
  • Clear Communicator: Build relationships easily and solve problems proactively with all levels of the business.
