Sonic Summary

Our client, an Electrical Wholesaler, is seeking an experienced inventory/stock controller for their branch in Park Royal.
The role involves running stock checks, managing returns to suppliers, and overseeing all 'goods in' activities.
Candidates should be team players and prepared to assist in various branch areas, reporting directly to the Branch Manager.
The position requires a salary of £27,000 to £28,000 and demands previous experience in inventory control.
Working hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Our client an Electrical Wholesaler are looking for an experienced inventory/stock controller to join their busy branch in Park Royal.

Daily duties are varied and demanding.

You will need to be a team player and be prepared to assist in all areas of the branch.

Reporting to the Branch Manager duties include

• Running stock checks, checking variances and adjusting the stocks.

• Organising return goods to suppliers, and sort out problems with deliveries.

• taking control of all "goods in" activities

• Ordering replenishment stock - checking for discrepancies

• Obtain quotes for bespoke customer requirements and work to get all goods supplied within shortest lead time.

• monitoring, expediting and chasing deliveries with suppliers, processing quotation requests.

• Arranging returns

• Completing regular daily/weekly stock checks.

• Investigating over deliveries and missing stock and performing stock reconciliations.

Hours 7.30 - 5.30pm

Basic salary £27-£28,000
