Are you ready to be part of a global innovator in the beverage industry? Our client, a leading Beverage Company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Team Assistant to join their team in Central London. �?�?

?? Role Purpose:

As a Supply Chain Team Assistant, your key responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, building strong relationships with logistics partners, and supporting the smooth operation of our client's UK office. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and optimising supply chain processes. ????

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer and internal sample orders accurately in SAP.
  • Build strong relationships with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Review and resolve any delivery or supply chain queries with customers.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to review customer forecasts.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team, including meeting coordination and supplies management.
  • Ensure the office facilities remain well-maintained and liaise with the building manager as needed.
  • Assist with other projects and ad hoc activities as directed by the Supply Chain Manager and Coordinator.

?? Education, Experience & Knowledge:

  • Diligent and thorough with strong organisational skills.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service.
  • Solution-focused and flexible mindset to deliver top-notch service.
  • Good understanding of sales processes.
  • Experience with SAP and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is preferable.
