- Administrative & Financial Management: Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company policies, preparing and auditing weekly/monthly figures while meeting financial targets.
- Records Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of records management boxes, maintaining precise inventory and completing paperwork accurately.
- Customer Service & Sales: Engage with clients, promoting services, handling enquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Support the Deputy Manager and team, contributing to staff training and development while maintaining high operational standards.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
- Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse environment, including the ability to handle physical tasks (up to 35kg).
- Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- IT Literate: Proficient in using IT systems to manage inventory and complete administrative tasks.
- Customer-Focused: Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and resolving client inquiries efficiently.
- Commercial Awareness: Able to understand and contribute to business performance and achieving company objectives.
- Competitive salary between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE).
- Full-time, permanent position with stable hours (Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm).
