Associate Pensions Consultant - (Trustee Secretarial & Governance)

One of the UK’s leading Pension Consultancy Firms who are continuing to grow at a rapid rate are looking for a career minded individual to join their Consultancy team who provide wide ranging advice to clients and trustees. The company, who are well recognised, have developed an excellent reputation and are looking to add further expertise to their diverse team where you will be visible and able to make significant contributions.

Specifics of the role will include -

• Working in a team environment advising and helping clients manage their pension schemes effectively through proactive client management.

• Acting as a named trustee secretary, providing consultancy advice on all areas of scheme governance. • Help the department deliver governance consultancy services to clients. Develop client offerings working closely with colleagues across the department.

• Prepare Trustee meeting minutes

• Take an active role in the development and drafting of new business pitches and tenders.

• Proactively develop your knowledge and skills, helping to develop both your career and the expertise within the team. Study and exam support is actively encouraged

• Organise trustee meetings, prepare trustee papers, appropriate meeting packs and agendas. Attend meetings.

• Perform Trustee governance reviews, assessing effectiveness and risk management.

• Handle correspondence with regulatory and legislative bodies.

• Deliver client projects, taking full ownership for timescales, budgets and management.
