Their infrastructure team holds extensive investment, development, delivery and operational expertise. The Renewable energy Development team are responsible for identifying suitable renewable energy project opportunities. Projects are then be delivered using an Asset Management team with over 700MW of renewable energy assets.
Role and responsibilities
The role will report to the Head of Operations within the Energy and Infrastructure Asset Management team.
The role-holder will support the successful and proactive management of the energy & infrastructure portfolio with a specific focus on, and responsibility for, operational systems and processes which underpin the growing business.Â
- To design, document and champion scalable operational processes to consistently meet portfolio needs.
- To deliver a portfolio insurance strategy that is fit for purposeÂ
- To ensure a high quality and operationally efficient investor reporting process
- Responsibilities across the set of activities of the wider Energy & Infrastructure team
The role-holder is anticipated to have a real desire to succeed, able to work autonomously and propose innovative solutions to problems.
Key skills and requirements
- Minimum of 5-years’ experience, with project management and business development, ideally within the energy industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other relevant software to extract relevant data to support decision-making or assist in the preparation of reports and deliverables.Â
- An ability to translate technical detail into commercial impact.
- A goal orientated mindset, with strong negotiation skills necessary to achieve results.
- Good time management and attention to detail, with the ability to execute tasks accurately and within established timelines.
