Role Overview for Capital Raiser - Real Estate:We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Fundraiser to expand our network of small institutions, family offices and high net worth individuals. You will play a key role in raising capital to support their loan products, building strong relationships, and enhancing the company's funding capacity.
Key Requirements for Capital Raiser - Real Estate:
- Proven success in real estate fundraising or capital raising.
- 5 to 15 years' experience in real estate capital raising.
- Established connections with investors in the real estate lending sector.
- Strong understanding of financial structures related to private lending.
