Our highly prestigious client is seeking a Client Services / Client Relations person to deliver a 5* star client experience and services to high-net-worth clients. This position requires a blend of query management, client service skills as well compliance / KYC / AML adherence. You will be required in the Mayfair office 5 days per week (no hybrid offer now or in the future). Please only apply if this is 100% agreeable to you. Arabic speaking fluency could be useful but not a mandatory requirement.?
Key Responsibilities:
- Wealth Management Services: Provide tailored financial solutions in collaboration with banking teams to meet clients' unique needs.?
- Transaction Management: Execute client transactions across banking, credit, and investment products, ensuring timely completion within audit and compliance standards.?
- Client Investigations: Address and resolve client inquiries, such as statement discrepancies and pricing issues, by coordinating with operational and middle office teams.?
- Account Maintenance: Manage updates to client accounts, including changes to contact information, account statuses, and fee structures.?
- Policy Enforcement: Uphold banking policies and procedures to maintain operational integrity and high client satisfaction.?
- Client Engagement: Organize and participate in client meetings and conduct service quality check-ins to strengthen relationships.?
- Business Development: Identify and document new business opportunities for referral to bankers or product specialists
Experience Required
- Experience speaking with inbound customer regarding any type of query / request.
- Experience of screening customers for identity purposes. Are they who they say they are.
