Our client is looking for a talented and ambitious Investment Consultant with strong interpersonal skills to join their growing team in the London Office. Experience in investment sales is required and they would be looking for at least 12 months experience in a similar role.

As an investment consultant, you will be at the forefront of exciting property negotiations and transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and consult UK and International Investors that are looking to purchase in the UK residential property market. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and criteria in order to guide them to the right investment opportunity.

In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will be part of a dynamic team. You'll have access to all the resources you need to enhance your performance, whilst being part of an experienced team of property professionals. This is a fast paced role with a highly competitive salary and commission structure.

  Main Responsibilities
  • Calling Inbound Leads 
  • Ensuring tasks are kept up to date with for follow up calls or communication
  • Stay up to date with relevant property markets
  • Site Visits with clients if required 
  • In person or virtual meetings with clients 
  • Ensuring KPI's & Sales targets are met/exceeded
  • Maintaining and updating client pipeline (CRM Software)
