A global Bank are currently seeking a Regulatory SME to join them on a global control remediation programme of work. The role requires in-depth knowledge of MiFID II and MIFIR, in particular across Investor Protection.

Essential Requirements:

Extensive knowledge and experience of EU/UK MIFIR/MIFID II. Up to date on upcoming regulatory change.
Experience of implementing regulations across 1LOD or 2LOD
Considerable knowledge across Investor Protection (Product governance etc) and resulting controls
Very strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Have conducted gap analysis of control environments for regulator compliance
