This role is ideal for a technically skilled Paraplanner looking to enhance their expertise, with a unique opportunity to achieve CAS sign-off within 12 months for those who wish to progress into an advisory role. However, the firm is equally open to individuals who prefer to remain in a dedicated paraplanning position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full technical and planning support to Financial Advisers.
- Conduct research and analysis to develop tailored financial solutions.
- Prepare detailed financial plans, suitability reports, and client documentation.
- Attend client meetings to support advisers and enhance client relationships.
- Liaise with the Client Support team to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Keep up to date with legislation, compliance requirements, and investment strategies.
- Maintain and develop technical knowledge across financial products, tax planning, and market trends.
Key Requirements:
- DipPFS qualified (Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning).
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ paraplanning experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial planning, tax, and investment products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality reports and recommendations.
- Proficiency with financial planning software such as Voyant, FE Analytics, and Adviser Office is beneficial.
The Package:
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience).
