Project Manager Office (PMO)

About the Role

As part of our Programme Management Office (PMO), you will ensure cost-saving projects are well-coordinated, efficient, and aligned with healthcare goals. Your focus will be on governance, risk management, financial tracking, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure projects comply with healthcare policies.

  • Oversee CIP workstreams and improve efficiency.

  • Track financial savings and project progress.

  • Manage risks and implement mitigation plans.

  • Support best practices and team training.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in programme and change management.

  • Strong knowledge of cost improvement, governance, and risk management.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, or similar methodologies.

  • Specific financial recovery experience and evidence of financial savings within a PMO structure
