Alexander Lloydare seeking an experienced Pensions Consultant to join a dynamic and growing team within a well regarded Consultancy Services firm.. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pensions professional with strong governance, project management, and leadership skills to play a key role in delivering high-quality outsourced pensions executive services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting trustee boards and corporate clients with governance, strategy, and operational oversight.
  • Liaising with trustees, in-house pensions teams, and third-party advisers to ensure smooth scheme management.
  • Providing high-quality secretarial support, including meeting organisation, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
  • Managing governance frameworks, including maintaining business plans, risk registers, and scheme budgets.
  • Leading and coordinating scheme projects such as annual report preparation, service provider reviews, and procurement exercises.
  • Supporting strategic change projects, from investment strategy implementation to scheme de-risking and wind-up projects.

  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused with a "hands-on" approach.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative and innovative mindset, open to new ideas and ways of working.
Essential Experience / Qualifications:
  • APMI, actuarial, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience in the pensions industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of occupational pension schemes and current pensions legislation.
  • Proven experience managing third-party relationships and suppliers.
  • Competent in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
