- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain compliance standards and prepare client files for compliance checks.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and contribute to the overall success of the business.

- Previous experience in a financial planning or mortgage administration environment.
- Familiarity with systems like 360, Twenty7Tec, and Intelligent Office (desirable).
