With a vibrant office culture, they also know how to celebrate success, offering a variety of social events throughout the year.About the Mortgage Administrator RoleAs a Mortgage Administrator, you’ll be responsible for supporting 16 brokers, managing approximately 40 case completions each month. This is a high-paced role where prior experience within an IFA or brokerage environment will ensure you can hit the ground running. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that cases are processed smoothly, compliance standards are met, and clients receive the highest level of service.
- Input and manage new mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout.
- Assist brokers with all aspects of the mortgage process, from application to completion.
- Oversee all compliance requirements, ensuring cases adhere to regulatory standards.
- Handle general enquiries from brokers, clients, and third parties promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
The Mortgage Administrator Package
- Salary: ÂŁ35,000+ (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills and Experience Required
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a mortgage administrator or case manager within an IFA or brokerage environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage processes, compliance, and case management.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with brokers, clients, and third parties.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage a busy workload independently.
