Excellent opportunity for an experienced Revenue Assistant to join the team of a medium-sized law firm based in London. Salary £35-40k. Hybrid working.
If you have 1-2yrs' experience as a Revenue Assistant, Billing Assistant or Credit Controller in a law firm or similar professional services firm such as accountants, this could be the ideal career move for you. Working within the Finance Department alongside the Revenue Controller, the role is varied and includes -
- Responding to client queries
- Liaising with Partners, Fee Earners and Managers
- Processing invoices
- Produce regular WIP and Debtor reports
- Credit card payments
- Update system on all activity including outstanding invoices
- Issue statements
- Chasing unpaid invoices following firm's procedures
- Liaising closely with Revenue Controllers and Billing team keeping them informed
You will require 1-2 years' experience as a Revenue Assistant, Billings Assistant or Credit Controller in a law firm or similar. Good knowledge of Word and Excel also required.
